Chad met with the Bishop tonight,,,,I thought he was either getting kicked out of the club, or he was going to be our new Gospel Doctrine teacher.
NO NO NO!!
He was just called to be the Primary Music Leader. Awesome!!! He is actually really excited (despite the fact that he can't sing worth a darn). I know the boys are going to love having their Daddy in Primary with them. Now we just need to get the Bishop to release me from Enrichment and put me in as a teacher---how fun would that be?
I think Pat and Sue have 40+ years combined experience as Primary chorister--so he's got great resources.
That's a great calling for him! Not nearly as cool as assistant librarian, but it'll do!
ReplyDeleteWe have a male chorister in primary and we LOVE him. He brings so much to the primary that sisters just don't do. I am sure Chad will be absolutely awesome. The kids will LOVE him. I can just picture it now, when is your church I need to come witness this!
ReplyDeleteWow, men practically have to start fistfighting in priesthood to be "allowed" to go the primary in our ward!
ReplyDeleteYEAH!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI can add five more years to your experience help too!!
I can't tell ya how much I miss that calling.
I'm soooo stinkin' excited for ya.
