There are many times I think to myself, "wow, I'm old!"
Notice I said---"think to myself".
It's quite another thing to be told by someone else that you're old.
Today at work I got done cleaning a 13 year old boy and moved him into the next room for his exam. His brother was watching Tom and Jerry and I said, "I used to love this cartoon when I was a kid." To which the 13 yr old replied, "It was on that long ago?!"
Dipsmack---wish I would have poked his gums more.
The only way it could have been worse is if he'd said, "It was on that long ago, ma'am?!"
You'll have to remember that young whippersnapper for the next time he comes in. He'll learn to respect his elders. :)
